Recently remodeled 2,700 square foot open concept house with great light and warm bright colors. This is the perfect place for an owner or investor who wants more house and the benefit of steady rental income from an apartment.
The current owner lives in the front 1700 SF home. The upstairs has large landing that can be used as an office, 3 full-sized bedrooms with area rugs and closets, and full bathroom with large tub/shower. The downstairs has open concept kitchen with new granite counter top kitchen, light modern cabinets, island, dining room, living room, full bathroom, and coat closet. Plus a 500 SF studio room (currently rented for $690/month) with kitchenette that can be rented or used as a office/guest room with shared bathroom, mudroom, and washer dryer.
The remaining 1,000 SF is a brand new garden level apartment (currently rented for $1,000/month) with 2 BR,1 BA and washer dryer. It has great light and bright warm colors and open concept kitchen and living room.
