My Notes

Bright and spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo in Brentwood. The building is only 10 years old with only 10 units total and is very quiet. Condo is newly renovated with Brazilian cherry wood flooring, high quality windows, custom window shutters, and carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen comes with a french door refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and oven. The washer/dryer are in unit. Two tandem parking spaces with guest spots in the gated underground parking lot. Elevator access and gated with intercom.
All 3 bedrooms are incredibly spacious with large walk-in closets that have built in shelving and dividers. The Master bedroom is huge and has a walk-in closet with built in drawers and shelves, its own bathroom with double sinks plus separate shower and jacuzzi tub, and access to the balcony.
Lots of storage space - including a coat closet with shelving and two linen closets next to the washer/dryer.
This unit is 1650 (approx) square feet with large open family room and spacious dining room. Second floor unit in a very quiet neighborhood and condo unit. This condo is in a great location - behind Wilshire and near many shops and eateries. It is close to UCLA, Century City and Santa Monica.
Sorry, no pets. Lease is 12 months with $3800 deposit. Available mid October.
