A beautiful home located within a controlled access community. Only 2.5 miles from I-75 and within walking distance to shopping. The community is known as Verandah, with 2 - 18 hole golf courses, tennis courts and swimming pool, and club house.
All HOA fees include, lot mowing, dual water irrigation, landscaping, basic cable, high speed Internet, as well as 24 hour controlled access.
Freshly cleaned tile roof and painted exterior. Northern facing 16' x 40' over sized screened lanai facing nature preserve. Direct to outside vented Kitchen exhaust.
Oversized two car garage with approx 120 square feet of overhead storage and paver brick driveway.
16" x 16" diagonal tile through out foyer, kitchen, breakfast nook, laundry, dining, great-room and bathrooms. Carpeting in master and bedroom 2 and wood flooring in bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 converted into office with built in desks and overhead cabinets.
9' French entry door as well as a double 9' French door from the breakfast nook to front lanai and a triple 3' x 9' pocket sliding glass doors to the rear.

The Bramble Cove HOA is one of the very few communities which provides full service outside maintenance. The only maintenance the homeowner is required to provide is roof cleaning and painting, oh, but don't worry about that. This has only been completed within the past 45 days.

What I love about the home

Bramble Cove is a 65 unit single family villa subdivision within the master development of Verandah. Homes ranging from the mid $200' to over $1,000,000. Bramble Cove provided that turnkey living without living in a condo. There are approx 15 miles of foot and bike paths some which wonder through the preserves as well as open areas. With oaks trees depicting old Florida, a dog park, and children's play ground. And a beautiful club house built along the winding Orange River. Canoes and kayaks available for member use. This home has a north facing rear which allows for hours of bird watching with in the preserve. As one of the first to build within the community we were able to negotiate with the developer to flip the homes to the right and left so that their pool equipment would never interrupt the peace and quite while enjoying the over sized lanai. A great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or grilling for gatherings. Bramble Cove is one of the few neighborhoods which has recovered from the housing crash and has reserves in the bank. This has been accomplished by a diligent HOA controlling expenses and collecting on old receivables. Currently there is low turn over in ownership with limited rentals, capped at 10 homes any given time. Non-Commercial, non-modified trucks are welcome to park outside of garage.
