I love my house, it has been renovated and updated. I love the huge master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and walk in closet. I love the wide open great room and split bedroom [from MBR] layout. I love my new kitchen appliances. I love my large, private, easily maintained fenced yard. I love my new Lleland Cypress, Magnolias, Japanese Magnolias, Hollies, Cherry Tree and Camelia...and developing gardns. I love the new floor in the entire house - ceiling fans and programmable AC and irrigation controls. Easy easy easy.Neighborhood Description
Aladdin Acres is a very small, well- established and stable neighborhood off of newly paved Loretto and Aladdin Roads. Homes don't often come up for sale. There are many children through high school aged. Schools are A-Rated. The HOA is not active, but neighbors take care of the monument signs, ponds and neighborhood in general. The neighborhood is close to the So. Mandarin Library, shops along San Jose and Old St Augustine Road. There is easy access to San Jose, Old St. Augustine Road, I-295, and I-95. There is a Mandarin Boat Ramp 1 mile away. New sidewalks make the area great for cycling and jogging. More Less
