A cute, historic house with an short easy walk to the center of town. It's perfect for a weekend or summer stroll but it's on a side street. This century home started as a one room school house and was turned into a traditional home in 1905. It's has hardwood floors through the first floor, second floor space, working fireplace, screened-in porch, a classic clawfoot tub and pedestal sink in the recently renovated bath and a recently renovated kitchen with Corian counter tops and new subway tile. The French door fridge and 5 burner stove are a year old. The other kitchen appliances are less than 4 years old. The second floor is bonus space is 16x24. First floor bedrooms are 9x12 and 9x10.
The property includes a screened-in porch (162 sq ft), a storage barn and small back deck for your barbecue. The basement has an extra entrance from the backyard.
