Coveted Eastside Area!!!Perfect Location--between Pelham, Devenger, and Hudson Roads and minutes from I-85 and 385 and Michelin!! Not cookie cutter house! Open 2-story, Great walking neighborhood, Country feel culdesac-privacy/quiet. Master on main; other bedrooms and bonus room upstairs. Convenience-near shopping/ mall/library etc. OVER HALF ACRE-Good size yards-back fenced. Mature landscaping and a trickling stream in front of the home. Outdoor living-front porch, screened back porch and a patio. Neutral colors in dining, family, breakfast/kitchen. Family room--Cathedral ceiling and fireplace. Separate dining room. Room to roam and grow a veggie garden in spacious backyard. When you enter the home, the first thing you notice is the cathedral ceiling in the family room and the woodburning fireplace. The dining room (brown above chair rail and white below) is to the left. The breakfast area and kitchen are off the family room and the paint color is a classic sedate blue with a hint of green. The master bed and bath are behind the dining room--soft milky latte on the walls in the master and brown in the bath. The half bath is near the front door. The laundry area is off the master--convenient. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms, full bath, and bonus room--could be office or nursery. One bedroom is a soft yellow and other is a pretty aqua/sea blue; the office is neutral with caramel. The bedrooms look out over the back yard with a pretty view of trees. Porches on the front and back--screened in back porch--rescreened about a 1.5 yrs ago. This is great to keep the summer mosquitoes out. The patio is right off the back porch. Plenty of room to plant a nice veggie/flower garden. Lots of potential with the extended back yard beyond the fenced yard. Let your imagination go wild(: The floors in the kitchen have been recently tiled with a neutral beige/brown tile. The floors in the baths have vinyl and the rest of the home is carpeted with neutral carpet. The roof was replaced in '08 with a 30 year arch. shingle. All electric home--Duke Power and Gville Water for water and sewer. For lower insurance rates, there is a fire hydrant abut 250 feet away and the fire station is right around the corner on Pelham Rd. This is a great house for living and for entertaining. $500 Allowance for new Dishwasher.
