There is a pantry off of the kitchen that is great for storage. Refinished medium-dark oak wood flooring throughout the house. Powder room off of living room with several storage closets throughout the hallway. Master bedroom suite has oak wood floors, cieling fan, sliding glass door to covered patio in the back yard. Master bathroom has tiled floor with shower and new fixtures. 2nd bedroom has ceiling fan, closet, window and oak wood floors. Small office has closet with additional storage space. 3rd bathroom, which can be shared with or closed off to the mother in-law suite, has full tub/shower and 4' vanity. 2 car garage has been turned into Pub-style game room with the look of red brick walls, painted concrete floor, painted ceiling, cabinets and folding table next to washer/dryer. Garage/Man cave can still be used for parking vehicles and also has an overhang for parking under outside. The garage has painting rafters, painted floor, red brick paneled walls, storage and washer/dryer hook ups. Dryer may be left in rental*. This is a great place for hanging out with friends and family! Mother in-law suite:Bedroom with carpet, mirror sliding closet doors, ceiling fan and new dual glazed windows.
