Dutch Colonial with recent remodel of kitchen, dining, 1st floor 1/2 bathroom. (The kitchen is the star of the show!) The old charm has been preserved while incorporating modern lighting, appliances and flow. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house. The living room has recently been updated to include a simple yet elegant fireplace mantle alongside a custom built entertainment center with ample storage. The sun room and office add nice quiet space on the first floor. The yard is replete with mature flowering perennials.

What I love about the home

The location could NOT be better; within a block of Lower Falls shopping and restaurants, the Farm's train station, and almost instant access to routes 95 and 90. The neighborhood is filled with friendly people, kids and pets! Schofield School is wonderful (currently 2 of 4 children attending).
