My Notes

Built in 1986 this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Colonial sits on a private, wooded 1.52 acre lot nicely set back of the road and not very far from exit 3 off Rt. 93 making it a great home for commuters. Coming down the paved driveway you notice the 2 car attached garage and handsome farmers porch.Coming up the granite steps and walking along the brick walkway you'll appreciate the perennial plantings and the mahogany floored farmers porch. Climbing the granite steps to the porch you then step into the tild floore foyer. This house boasts over 3050 sq. ft. of living area and is simply lovely with a great floor plan. Taxes for the year are about $6,508 and the home has private well and septic.
