A smart way to obtain home ownership in Beverly while paying less than typical rents. You will also have the added advantage of the seller paying your first three months of condo fees for this move-in ready home. The central location of the unit within the building offers some of the best views of the harbor from both floors and the seller says the heating costs are usually very low which she believes is due to the center location of the unit. The exterior was renovated in 2010 and the seller has completed numerous interior updates as well. Boaters and beach goers will love the close proximity to the ocean, marinas and beaches. Bicyclist will love the locked room for bike storage within the building.
