My Notes

There are so many things to say about this house but lets start with it is single story 3+ bedrooms 2 baths,with 1800 square feet of finished living space. Then, it has a huge open concept kitchen/dining/lvrm with the Livingroom side having a beautiful gas fireplace with hearth. The home is lovely, comfortable and room to stretch (the owners added 4 feet to the original house plan which added 2 feet to each of the other bedrooms and 4 feet to the master. The master bedroom has its own walk in closet & private bath w/jacuzzi tub and double wide shower . There are 2 other bedrooms and another bath & a huge family room/sunroom which make up the other end of the house . Covered roof walk way to 20x40 oversized garage - there is enough for 4 cars or 2 and a workshop( The 2 garage doors come with automatic openers).Seperate screen room building & a boat(or you can use it for anything you wish maybe an RV) garage.But thats not all, everything was upgraded insulation, glass skylights w/built in shades, concrete foundation has a thicker slab(6") , high quality skirting , upgraded door entrance, pipes are all wraped with a warming tape that comes directly from the gas furnace (instead of need for traditional heat tapes which are costly and a potential fire hazard ), central air conditioning, sheetrock walls, whole house surge protector, enclose blinds,200 amp electrical ,wrap around deck and upgraded appliances(double door & garbage disposal) and landscaped not to mention that the windows of the house are facing the right direction to make this home beautifully sunny.
