Living room is nicely sized and is open to kitchen/eating area.
Bathroom 1 has granite counters and a shower over tub with a glass door.
Bedroom 1 is large with an oversized closet-includes a great closet organizer! Bathroom 2 has a single sink granite vanity, large shower with gorgeous tile and separate area with plenty of shelves for storage. Bedroom 2 has tile flooring, window looking out to side grass area and closet.
Wooden window blinds throughout. Alarm System.
Central Air & Heat.
Private grass area for tenant to enjoy. 
One covered car space and plenty of additional parking.
