You can navigate from your back yard to Orlando to the south passing There are Many Springs all with national parks..and heading North can go to Jacksonville with the outlet to the open ocean!!! YES!! you can navegate to any where in the world from YOUR OWN Back Yard!!!!!
The only reason I'm selling is because I'M LIVING IN A HUGE HOUSEBOAT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RIVER!!!! We Don't need the house any longer.

This town is a place to live in vacation if you are a millionaire... no one will spot you there and you still at 20 minutes from the best cities in Florida!!
