Fantastic opportunity at this price to own a newer home that sits a cul-de-sac with 1.17 acres & pond frontage to Long Duck Pond, a quiet pond perfect for sailing, cannoning, fishing right of YOUR OWN DOCK, flood insurance NOT needed! Plans to build a 2-car garage with Master Bedroom above approved by the town. Wonderful upgrades were done by the builder to include great energy star ratings. Classic halfway wall with pillars divide the family room with stunning hardwood floors from the bright & sunny kitchen which includes granite counter tops & center island, formal dinning room & full bath also on the first floor. Second floor includes 3 bedrooms with a full bath, oversized walk-in closet, & laundry room. The walk out lower level has been finished with it's own half bath & also enjoys views of the pond. Low maintenance yard with sprinkler system and 12x14 shed WITH electricity! This one won't last long, hurry!! 

What I love about the home

A special message from the sellers... "Inside, we found everything we were looking for with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms but most importantly the house is approved for a forth bedroom and the septic has room for another full bathroom! The builder was going to add a two-car garage with a master suite above but instead chose to sell as it was and leave that as an option for the buyer. It?s already in the house plan with the town and approved which is a great feature you can add when you?re ready. We also had builders come here and give us other options we can do with our house, which was great if we continued expanding our family. They said we could do a great room on the other side of the house and even expand the basement and upstairs if we wanted (either adding bedrooms or making them larger). Aside from the many possibilities to add on with our home, we just fell in love with it even without these additions. It has a great open concept with granite counters in all the bathrooms and the kitchen. The bedrooms have great closet space and the views are something we will surely miss. Having a pond in our backyard to look at every day when we?re doing dishes, eating with our family, or relaxing on our deck is another luxury that?s hard to find. We go out with the kids on the paddleboat and the pond across the street (with direct access) is much deeper and great for swimming!Outside, there is so much privacy because our lot is so big and shaped in a way that the closest house on our right is down the street and around the turn. There is also no house across the street and they can?t be built because of the pond. The neighbors we do have though are absolutely amazing. It?s emotional thinking about being away from them because they?re family to us, and people we?ll be in touch with indefinitely. They have always been there for us and we do the same for them."
