We have completely remodeled the living room and dining room with full drywall and molding on the ceilings and floor boards, just painted last august. We also redesigned the kitchen/family room with new cabinets, counter tops and full drywall with molding on the ceiling and currently are putting in new tile through out the kitchen/family room and the short hallway and back entry. The kitchen has a double ovens 5 gas top cook top, dishwasher, side by side refrig with ice maker and water dispenser, garbage disposal, new tile back splash behind sink and gas cook top. We also have a custom made island with bench seating and all the lower cabinets are pull out shelves and soft close doors, the kitchen also has 2 full pantries as we also replaced all the kitchen cabinets. We also had the wall across from the island table a wall mounted tv.
We have had all the interior doors widen to 36 inches for wheelchair access except for the main bath as the door could only be widen to 30 inches with all new doors (so not mobile home doors in this home). The main bath has a handicap tub with all the grab bars. We also just had the bath room floors tiled and we also put in a new vanity and medicine cabinet. We had the master bathroom completely redone including plumbing and electrical in the bath area as well as new tile on the bathroom floor, the dressing area has been partially redone and the floor in the dressing area has been tiled, The master bedroom closet electrical has been updated and replace as well as the single closet door has been replaced by bi fold doors. The electrical at the master bedroom door has also been replaced and updated.
We widened the hall way to 36 inches as well.
We also have a 16 ft by 16 ft 4 foot high lighted fence in the backyard for our 2 small dogs which is rocked for the dogs duty area and artifical grass for them to sun bathe on.
We also replaced the AC motor last august when we purchased the home. Washer and Dryer also come with the home.
