Beautifully updated brick Cape Cod. Two story addition in 2005 included two large rooms downstairs and a master suite upstairs. Sitting room off of the Master Bedroom has a fireplace. The master bath has an extra large Italian Porcelain tile neo-angle shower! Extra large soaker tub also surrounded by Italian Porcelain. Gas fired hot water radiant heat throughout the original first and second floors provide bare foot comfort even on the coldest days. The woodburning stove insert comfortably heats the majority of the home and lots of great seasoned dense firewood stays with the house. Walk-through closet is one of two closets in the master bedroom. The sitting room would be a great nursery right next to the master bedroom, or a perfect office. Attached garage leading to the mudroom with a separate door keeps all of the mud and shoes out of sight. Three decorative patios and a retractable awning in the back. Gutter guards keep the leaves out of the gutters. Huge addition and lots of upgrades since our purchase in 2001. What I love about the home

Oakwood elementary and high schools are FANTASTIC! Private school quality without tuition. The house is incredibly comfortable and the outside patios have all been added since we moved in. We are excited to see the high end development go in across the street.
