All appliances included (frige, diswasher, gas stove/oven) Seperate laundry room off the family room area for washer and dryer hookups. Private fenced in back yard with new landscaping including a herb garden and fruit trees cemented patio area. Additional room in the back yard for additional parking. Front yard large and fully landscaped with tropical landscaping including fruit baring banana trees. Parking for several vehicles in the curved driveway are? No full garage due to conversion however a partial garage was left for storage. (Please note that the storage shed in the backyard will remain however is used for owner storage so no tenant access to the storage shed. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and landscaping upkeep. Occupancy limit of 8 people. Home will be ready for a November 1st move in. NO PETS ALLOWED. We require all adults 18 years and older who will be residing in the home to apply at $30 per applicant.
