What I love
Pool is heated by a solar heating system, RV access with all utilities, will fit over a 40+ ft RV;additional 680 square foot studio, recreation or pool rm with 1/2 bath, with covered stamped patio, speakers inside patio with 3 large ceiling fans. 3 Large covered patios, 2 of which have remote control radio / stereo. Hot tub outside master bedroom. There is a family room with an 8 ft pool table, fireplace and opens to the kitchen which was just remodeled and all new appliances have been installed, all stainless steel with custom granite counter tops and full splash boards. Baths have new tile! 2 car garage with additional parking on the driveway, have had 8 other cars on the driveway at one time. Sitting out under the large patio from the studio you are feet away from the fiberglass 30 x 15 pool. We keep the water around 90 degrees and it feels very refreshing to jump in during the summer. The pool has it's own Solar heater! The pool has a new automatic / key operated cover safe for kids to walk on, and it helps to keep the pool crystal clear.
