My Notes

Well maintained home situated on top of a hill on a cul-de-sac. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths which includes a master suite bath with oversized jacuzzi tub. Gated RV/Boat parking on one side of the house, gated pool and jacuzzi on the other side- this leaves the rear yard entirely for entertaining and grass with play yard. Neighbors are not directly next door (no windows face each other for ensured privacy) and a large vacant lot is behind us, so you definitely have privacy. There is also a large, matching tuff shed in the rear for extra storage. A floor has been added to much of the attic area for even more storage above the large 3+ car garage. Solar panels have been added to heat the pool. The entire house inside and out has security system, large, open floor plan, the kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. Vaulted ceiling throughout, including the master bedroom. Kind neighbors, great location right off Wintergardens Blvd. keeps you close to schools, shopping and freeways but quiet up the hill so you feel off the beaten path.

What I love about the home

Quiet neighborhood, safe cul de sac for kids, lots of storage, privacy and space. The single story layout is very roomy and easy for everyone young and old to get around! Fully fenced areas to keep kids and pets in or out of specific areas around the property. We added three different covered patio areas for shade since there are few trees other than palms. This is a great house for families or even retirees looking for an easy to maintain home on a quiet street! We are within walking distance to the RIverview Language Academy.
