What I love about the home

Being on the top floor means no upstairs neighbors! Great condo association with high owner occupancy rate. Low property taxes for owner occupied and low condo fee (@ $285). Great pool for summer use. Great neighborhood up the street from Oak Square. Easy access to everything. Heat and water included in condo fee. In building superintendant.

Market guide

Zillow predicts Brighton home values will rise 0.7% next year, compared to a 1.2% increase for Boston as a whole. Among Brighton homes, this home is valued 23.9% less than the midpoint (median) home, and is valued 17.3% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Brighton, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 12.9% less than in Boston, and 53.6% lower than the national average. This lower local number could help Brighton home values rise more quickly than other regions in Boston.
