Belew Landing isn't just a gated community, it is a RESORT. We have golf cart trails all around the community(2 + miles) and one to the Marina. Par Three golf course, lake access, cabana on the lake, club house with pool, Lake view, Mountain view, I could go on and on. I don't believe there is another community that comes close this place.
Now for my house, priced 250,000 below appraised value. Locate on top of a hill with Lake and Mountain view. Across from the marina where you can dock your boat or rent a boat slip by the year. The Home (2008) is of Colonial Charm with 7,000 sq ft. living space. As you walk to the front door you will step up onto the first covered porch with slated tile and plenty of room to have friends and family or just set there with your family and enjoy the view of the lake and mountains. Once you enter thru the nine foot wood stained front doors you enter the foyer with open stair case, wood floors with a inlay ed compass medallion, and exquisite trim work that will put you at awe. To the right of the foyer you will walk back in time to a parlor/setting room with fire place. Walking back to the foyer an on the left is the formal dinning room with a elegant chandelier, enough room to server 12 people. Now walk thru a short hall and enter your dream kitchen. All granite tops, gas stove, pantry, built in stove and microwave, GE Pro series. A huge counter which will seat four people. But that won't be necessary because just beyond the counter you have a table area and a keeping room that will entertain 20 or more. The keeping room is enclosed with windows that view a picturesque wooded area and the par three golf. If more guest come you can spread out on the the upper deck patio that is of unique design because it is concrete with slate tile. Or simply move into the Great Room that is as large as the kitchen and patio combined. The master bed room is on the firs floor and lacks nothing. Also on the first floor is a half bath and large laundry room.
Up stairs you have 4 bed rooms Two of which have a balcony that overlooks the lake and mountains.
