This home is close to historic downtown Apex and only 5 min from Harris Teeter, WakeMed center (under construction) and Beaver Creek Commons (Lowe's hardware, Super Target, Borders Books, Circuit City, movie theater, restaurants, and more). Only 20 min to RTP! This is a low-maintenance home and community with central park gathering only seconds from the front door (next to a coffee shop!).

What I love about the home

In addition to the location benefits mentioned in the home description, the open floor plan wastes no space so it feels roomy. This low-maintenance home is perfect for anyone wanting to minimize yard work in hot/humid NC summers or who want to spend more of their time on fun activities! Still, there is some space for flowers and plants for people who enjoy gardening. Put a fire-pit out on the patio, start up the grill and invite the neighbors over! The intent of the community design is to connect neighbors, providing places to talk and play together like in the park that is only 30 seconds walk from the front door of this home. Neighbors play catch there, fly kites and model planes... Bocce Ball anyone? The owner hates to leave this home citing being spoiled by its beauty and convenience!
