A walk to Lake Avenue for shopping, dining and working out is quick and pleasant. There are two assigned parking spaces in the underground garage and a small patio area behind the unit, suitable for sitting and relaxing. Inside, you'll find side-by-side washer and dryer in a Kitchen with plenty of cabinets and pantry, a wet bar in the Dining Room with a modern lighting fixture, and a working fireplace in a huge Living Room with plenty of natural light coming through in this end unit. Additionally, there is a skylight at the top of the stairs and in the master bedroom, which features two sinks. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and built-in cabinetry.
Neighborhood Description
Family-oriented and professionals reside in this neighborhood and tend to stay for several years. My husband and I lived here for five years before moving to a house nearby.
