What I love about the home
What we love about this home are the memories of wonderful times with family, friends and colleagues and how it easily accommodated over 100 guests for wedding receptions and fund raisers for non-profits. This home in Rancho Santa Fe would cost at least double and it is 1/3 of the cost in the Bay Area, and there is no HOA. Beautiful high quality finishing throughout with 12-15 foot ceilings give this home a feeling of spaciousness and grandeur.
