What I love about the home

What we love about this home are the memories of wonderful times with family, friends and colleagues and how it easily accommodated over 100 guests for wedding receptions and fund raisers for non-profits. This home in Rancho Santa Fe would cost at least double and it is 1/3 of the cost in the Bay Area, and there is no HOA. Beautiful high quality finishing throughout with 12-15 foot ceilings give this home a feeling of spaciousness and grandeur. Top of the line Casablanca Stealth fans, upgraded insulation and two heating and cooling zones keeps the home cool in the summer and warm in the winter, but what we enjoy the most about this home is the privacy and views of the mountains (the Palomars are snow capped in the winter), the beautiful weather, the clear star filled night sky and magnificent sunsets enjoyed from the pool area and best of all it is close to entertainment, restaurants, recreation, schools and only 8 minutes to I-15 and 30 min to SD or 45 min to Orange County.
