The roof is 11 years old, the hot water heater is 9 years old and the air conditioning/heating system is 14 years old. Pleasant kitchen and dining area with door opening out onto the screened porch. In a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood, just a short walk to the middle of town and the Washington Street Mall. Although used exclusively as a family home till now, in this location, the property would make a wonderful summer vacation rental. This property is located in the B flood zone.
