Neighborhood Description
Almost all the necessities are within walking distance, and the neighborhood is very pedestrian-friendly. Restaurants, shopping and popular parks are right around the corner. Oh, and the commute to downtown is only a few minutes.

What I love about the home

The views from almost every room are awesome. The separate media room and teen/guest room are sanity savers. Almost everything you need is within walking distance, and the neighbors are great. The commute to downtown Seattle is about 5 minutes!
