This 3 BR, 1 1/2 Bath townhouse is very close to...The Donegan Elementary School, The Sands Resort, I-78 & LU.The property sits on a hill facing the Steel Mill & The Sands Casino. It is in a quiet neighborhood, that gets busier, during the school season, when the kids are going to school @ Donegan Elementary or going home. The roads get plowed early in the winter and Bethlehem's finest police force make regular rounds. It is a quiet street and the neighbors help to keep the area safe & nice.On the ground level, there is a French Door, leading to a Finished basement and a Laundry Room. Washer/dryer available on loan. Hot water & heat are fueled by electric. There are also tiered steps from the Ground Level to the Front Door or Main Level. The main level : LR, DR, Kitchen & 1/2 BA. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator & cooktop range. There is a sliding glass door in the DR to the back deck & yard. Part of the yard has grass that needs care. The other part of the property is a nature lovers' haven that has mature trees & big boulders. Steps to the upper level: has a full bath and (3) bedrooms...one is small but would be great as a childs' room, guest room or office. Each bedroom has ceiling fan w/light. Sewer & normal Trash pick up is included in the rent. Water bills will be paid by Landlord up to $50.00 per month. If your water usage exceeds $50.00/month you will be responsible for the remaining fees; bills are done quarterly. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Sorry, not eligible for housing voucher/ Section 8. We require Background check...a $20.00 fee required for each adult over 18 years... it will be applied to the first months rent, if you qualify.
