What I love
corner lot; detached garage; new appliances added since 1999 - side-by-side refrig-freezer, washer and dryer, new roof in 2003, new Central A/C approx. 2004, new heating system with 3 zones, added addt'l. heating baseboard systems, over $1000 work on plumbing, new motor and filter system for in ground swimming pool 2007 and 2008, 2006 had pool cleaned out and painted, new paint on detached garage and Florida room 2005, and many more things. Only thing you will have to worry about is replacing dishwasher (it works but I would replace it. It is old...) Man of the house loves the wet bar in Florida room and the built-in bar in basement recreation room. Natural gas logs in basement bedroom with wall to wall brick and raised hearth. I am physically disabled since 2000 and don't mingle with neighbors due to decreased mobility. Neighborhood is very quiet and occasional contact with neighbors has been pleasant and satisfying experience. Do not have any neighbors with noisy barking dogs and/or noisy children. Don't know of any neighbors who have children. All of their children have grown up and left the area.More Less
