What I love about the home

Larkspur's location just far enough from San Francisco to get it out of the fog belt, but close enough to make for an easy commute (by car, bus or ferry boat) and its charming downtown make it a very sought-after area. In Larkspur, one of the most sought-after neighborhoods is Palm Hill, where this home is located. Throw in the special charm of a home built in the 30s and a great view of Mt. Tam, and you've got a uniquely well-positioned, appealing property. Larkspur's schools are wonderful, and most of them are within walking or biking distance. Hiking trails and multi-use paths are nearby, as are many fine restaurants, cafes, shops, and services. Larkspur's much-loved "Joe Wagner Little League Field" is just a few blocks away.
