In the finished basement there is a recreation room, den,pool table room, full bar (kitchenette), a full bath and two additional storage rooms. This home is situated on a pristine flat level lot heavily treed and backing toward River Falls Golf Course. We bought at the top of the market in 2005, however since then we've updated and added over $100K worth of updates.Two new 15 Sheer heat pumps in 2007 (3.5 & 2.5 ton units), a brand New Roof, we have a 62 Jet Hot Tub,all new Paver Walkways and front and back, totally remodeled the Master Bath and Closets, Changed All the Lighting and Fixtures, replaced fencing, and updated most of the home inside. We have no immeditate plans to sell, however if someone was really in need of a multi-generational home like this where it can accomodate the in-laws and the teens as well as the family pets, we would be open to discussion. It's located in the custom home section of Westridge. It's quiet, and has a very private setting the way it's positioned on the lot. We love it here.
