What I love
Truly it's the joy of being able to live on one level daily including the laundry area. You never have to leave the main level. But they again,the lower level is entertainment central and boasts a rec room, game room, bar/kitchette, den with two closets and two huge unfinished storage rooms. This home even has a finished room over the garage that is 475 square feet. Oh yeah this has on oversided garage it's HUGE! SUV's fit in it!!! The yard is amazing ,level rear yard we added hardscapes and 62 jet hot tub. It's a just wonderfull place to call home. The underground sprinkler system affords us the luxury of a gorgeous seasonal landscape including Azeala's, Lilac's,Hydrenga's,Pink Roses, Hosta's,Andromeda's ,Rodadendron's and Crepe Myrtle's will delight those who love color in a landscape The home is situated in an East/West setting, however all the tree's shelters the house from the heat of day.
