Lovely traditional home with extra large yard, has many trees and tasteful landscaping, long driveway and concrete pad that has been used for everything from kiddie pools, to tennis training, to basketball and now parking for 4-6 vehicles. Updated flooring and carpet in various areas; updated plumbing, vanities, toilets and a tub in various baths; upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms; 2 other upstairs bedrooms; one average size and one oversized with a walk in closet, they share a hallway bath; ample extra storage in a hall closet upstairs. In 2010 the garage was converted to a handicap accessible room with it's own entrance/exit and access to main house. It is about 600 sf and has hardwood flooring in the main area with a white tiled bathroom with handicap accessible toilet, sink, and shower area. The laundry room has ample storage. The large kitchen area includes lots of cabinet space, Italian tiled counter top and backsplash, double ovens and a new cooktop, and a walk in pantry; the large breakfast nook has bay windows to bring the sunshine in or keep an eye on children at play, also includes a built in desk with cabinets, great as an office space or homework station; cooktop and new paint for walls and cabinets in 2013. Has large formal dining and living areas. The living room is large with shelves and window seats flanking the brick fireplace, freshly painted in 2013. The large master includes a built in desk and has French doors that lead to a covered patio ready to be customized to your taste. The county stats show 4/3 and 2539sf, lives much larger even without the conversion. The back yard is 2 levels the lower level is rectangle and perfect for a variety of activities, there is a large concrete patio pad for grilling and furniture for a lovely outdoor living space; the levels are separated by bushes and crepe myrtle, the upper is a squared wedge. This wonderful home has been the center of this family since shortly after it was built. It's got a great floor plan and yard but at this price you could afford to totally renovate!
Neighborhood Description
Quail Creek is a well established neighborhood centrally located to turnpike and highway access, shopping malls, groceries, entertainment and a multitude of dining choices. In the neighborhood there is a prestigious golf and country club that also has a very active tennis community. The neighborhood is patrolled by an independent security company secured by the optional and reasonable home owner's association. If private education is part of your preference this home is located near a number of fine schools, Montessori schools, and mother's day out programs. A wide variety of houses of worship are near by as well. You will find the neighbors friendly and the community active; people walking dogs,running, biking and strolling can be seen daily, just wave or stop someone to find out for yourself.
 
What I love about the home
This large home is great for family. 2 masters (one down/one up), 2 regular bed rooms for a total of 3 bedrooms upstairs, the converted garage can be used as a mother in law suite, a guest room, an extra family room or as a suite for anyone with special needs. This house is great as is or has perfect bones for creating your own design.
