Could be mother-in-law suite. Finished deck on first level with sunsetter awning. Seasonal mountain view and year round meadow and pond view from roomy, open great room with island. Big master bedroom with private bath with balcony on 2nd level overlooking meadow. Southern exposure makes house light and bright in every room and snow on driveway melts in no time! Two car attached garage. Attentive, responsive HOA w/ lower than average dues. Pets allowed with restrictions.
Neighborhood Description
The townhome association has meadow with ponds, variety of trees and beautifully maintained open area all for residents' private use. Also a nice public park across the street. Private pay athletic club with indoor, outdoor pool, tennis courts, gym, weight and exercise equipment room, indoor track and locker rooms is a two minute walk. Community garden within walking distance. Nearby paved bike trails wind all through town, open spaces and along river. Seasonal mountain view. Walking distance to elementary, middle and high school. Five minute drive to doctors' offices, urgent care and hospital. Recent neighborhood involvement has secured grants for local civic improvements. Excellent quality of life with 300 days of sunshine and semi-arid climate.

What I love about the home

The meadow behind our home is a beautifully maintained four acre open space with ponds, trees and pedestrian bridge over the gulch. Attracts a variety of wildlife. Private country setting yet super convenient! Walking distance to elementary, middle and high school. Two minute walk to an excellent private athletic club. Sunny, bright location. Couple considering downsizing yet have not been able to find all these comparable amenities for this great value. View, privacy, good neighbors, great HOA, super location in peaceful country setting in the middle of town!
