Want a spacious house and yard in a great school district under $150k?! This move in ready house offers it all! Offering a 4 bedroom 2 bath ranch with a finished walk out basement, nearly half an acre fenced in yard on a dead end street.
The majority of the home has been remodeled, most of that being recent. The main floor offers 3 bedrooms, a newly remodeled bathroom with ceramic tile, a great room with wood laminate flooring and a recently remodeled kitchen with ceramic tile and appliances under 3 years old. The new french doors in the dining area lead to the massive 2 level deck overlooking the fenced in treed yard that gives lots of privacy.

What I love about the home

This has been a great home to raise our family. One of my favorite things is when you sit on the deck in the summer you are surrounded by view of greenery, trees and a creek. You see very little of other homes.
