Plus, all of the modern conveniences, Modern Kitchen with built-in appliances, Large Bath, Washer / Dryer, Central Air Conditioning and Heat, new plumbing and electrical, WIFI, cable + Cat5 wiring.Centrally located in Mid Town West LA between Downtown and Century City. Sandwiched between Beverly Hills and Koreatown. Along the Mid Wilshire corridor with Fremont place, Windsor Square and Larchmont Village on the east and the Fairfax district including the 3rd st. Farmer's Market and the Grove shopping, and Museum Square with LACMA and the LaBrea Tar Pits to the west. Plus just a stones throw to West Hollywod and the Beverly Center. Brookside, one of LA's Ten Best Little Known Neighborhoods, lies accross the 90005, 90010, 90019, 90036 zip codes and adjacent to 90020. 

What I love about the home

This home is a careful restoration of a classic 1920's Spanish style. While the ammenities are modern, central air and heat, modern kitchen, the architecheral detail has been preserved. Hardware, windows and doors are original and functional. Plumbing is copper, but bathroom fixtures are original. Brookside was one of Los Angeles Magazine's 10 best little known neighborhoods. It is mostly single family and duplexes with increasing owner occupancy and decreasing rental availability. It is one of the least dense neighborhoods in the heart of Los Angeles Mid City, with no permit parking and Neighbors you will come to know.
