My Notes

This home is located in the Washington Square Historic District of Pasadena and is surrounded by other beautiful homes and landmarks. This two bedroom one bath home is in move in condition. The exterior and interior is newly painted. The kitchen was remodeled in 2004 and has a new microwave and nice eating area. The plumbing was updated in 2012, the electric in 2003, and the central air was installed in 2003. The roof of the house and garage was replaced in 2008. There are hardwood floors throughout and arched doorways characteristic of Spanish style homes. The family room is 196 sq.ft. and has a ceiling fan. The landscaping in the backyard consist of plants native to California and there is a Pergola and eating area perfect for enjoying down time.
