When you realize that this is the place you would like to call home... This is Smith Farms There are many reasons that people are moving to the Triangle area, but there is really only one reason why they decide to live in Fuquay-Varina - the atmosphere and lifestyle are fantastic. Generally, Fuquay-Varina is typified by rolling terrain and forested properties, with trails connecting many of the parks and lakes. Fuquay-Varina is committed to retaining it's small town atmosphere and to providing excellent services and amenities it's residents have come to expect. Residents enjoy a peaceful hometown feeling, and are able to enjoy all that the greater Triangle greater Triangle area has to offer. The lifestyle is well described by the town's motto: "Distinctive Name, Distinctive Charm." In Fuquay-Varina, there are established estate and country club developments as well as newer walkable neighborhoods, and even award-winning active adult communities. The area boasts a well-educated tax base and there are numerous community amenities for all ages like the Honeycutt Road Park, Raven Rock State Park on the Cape Fear River, the Kraft Family YMCA, and the Fuquay-Varina Community Center.
