26 years young w/an AWEsome Old World feel.The wood in this home is dark & SO lovely!Huge foyer is all drama-2 stories high w/windows from 2 of the upstairs bedrooms overlooking it - & Gorgeous wood trim.Owners re-built this 1900 home in '88-but kept ALL the character.They have an abstract history of the property-fascinating if you like to know a home's history.Kitchen is cozy w/ceramic tile counters & island-cook top stove & built in oven in the all brick alcove. Formal DR w/access to the side yard;handy 1/2 bath on the 1st floor for your guests; master suite w/HUGE BR/jet tub/closet-also on the 1st floor.LR features a lovely old FP w/mantle;currently propane based, but could be converted back to wood.Trane HE LP furnace/w/humidifier in '05, but owners currently use elec.
