Watch sunsets from the balcony of this beautifully maintained split 2BR in the South Loop just south of the Roosevelt CTA stop which services the Red, Green and Orange Lines. There are panoramic views from every window. The indoor garage space is included in price and owners are allowed to rent their units. There is no rental cap in the building. The kitchen has lots of hardwood cabinets, granite countertops, a granite topped peninsula for stools and storage below. There are stainless steel appliances including an oven/range, microwave/exhaust fan, refrigerator and dishwasher. Both bedrooms are flooded with sunshine through big windows. Designer window coverings include blackout rolling shades in the bedrooms and light filtering rolling shades in the Living Room. Gleaming hardwood floors go from the entry foyer to the entertaining spaces. Wall to wall carpet is in the bedrooms. There are good closets in the condo, including a walk-in closet in the master suite as well as an additional closet in that suite. There is a stackable laundry in the unit and storage on either side of the machine. There looks to be room for side by side washer and dryer. There is wiring for stereo speakers in the living room ceiling. Finally, a condo that looks really terrific. It's close to everything: CTA, Lake Michigan and Grant Park, Museum Campus, and it's an easy walk or roll to the Loop. The garage space #314 is included in the price. PIN:17221000391326. Tax for the garage space: $316.54 (2012). Tax for the unit: $3,189.11.
