Zestimate is too low: Our home is one of the few in the area that has a pool, hot tub, car port, separate driveway,RV boat parking, landscaped courtyard, fire pit area and has no mandatory HOA fees. Many extras will come with the home with a full price offer of $254,900. posted on 08/19/2011
