This corner lot home is at the crest of the hill, with a wide view of Mt Hood and the city below. Beautiful hardwood floors are throughout the main floor family room, living room, and kitchen. The wide floor plan allows light to fill each room and creates open atmospheres for families and entertaining. In the kitchen the stainless steel appliances are new and top grade, with a six burner gas stove, and an oven/microwave combo. Double-door refrigerator, quiet dishwasher and double sink are also stainless steel. The wide stairway to the four upstairs bedrooms is carpeted for sound, although, the guest bedroom/office on the first floor is hardwood. There is a gas fire insert in the family room with a TV/stereo closet for entertainment equipment. The laundry room is located upstairs to provide easy access to the two linen closets at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom is the masterpiece of this home. It can easily fit a large king bed, with a sitting room attached and large window tub with a view, his/hers sinks with a separate toilet, and large walk-in closet finish off this spacious room. There is a two car garage, with a large storage place, and nooks for sporting items. Grass and landscaping surround the home with a concrete patio and BBQ nook for warm summer nights. This home is perfect for a large family looking to enjoy the friendly neighborhood, and easy access to grocery stores and schools, with the freeways just minutes away. 

What I love about the home

It is a short walk from the New Seasons whole foods store, plus a local gym and library is right around the corner. I like to be able to take a park walk right from my front door without having to get into my car.
