Two story single family home. Has 3 bedrooms 2.5 Baths. Two smaller rooms are up stairs with a recreational room. Master bedroom is down stairs. Master bath has walk in closet, Jacuzzi bathtub and a separate enclosed shower. Outside is stucco front with hardy board sides and back. Also has a covered back porch in back. Two car garage attached. Property is fenced on sides and back with 3 gates north gates are for an RV. The other two are walking gates one on the south side and one in the back yard to get to the pond
Neighborhood Description
Home is located in a sub-division that has very little traffic. The community association has put in an area for the kids to play at. The entrance is very nice with two large ponds.
Access to I-295 and 9A is only 2 minutes away. Plenty of shopping in the area as one major shopping center has just opened up. There is also several new strip malls that have opened up that are just a few miles away.
 

What I love about the home

The best thing about this home is the high ceilings. When you walk in, the home is completely open and the light from the large windows comes poring in. It defiantly makes a statement when someone comes in the door for the first time
