You really can't compare comps in the area to arrive at the price we are asking for our home, because most of the homes in the area that have sold or are for sale are a lot older than ours, not all but most. This is a neighborhood that has been here for 20+yrs. We have built 3 homes in this neighborhood. You must see the home to appreciate. Beautiful custom built home, with many extra's. Built in 2004.Nice established neighborhood, with the feel of country but within 5 minutes of town & 10 to 15 min to Tulsa.
Open floor plan with master seperate from other bedrooms. Custom Hickory cabinets throughout. Kitchen has deep pull out drawers, large pantry with pull out drawers, island with small sink. Corian solid surface countertops throughout.Stainless steel appliances. Utility has 2 extra closets for storage of vacume etc...& one with lots of shelves. Tile in entry, kitchen, dining & all 3 baths. Carpet in living area & bedrooms. 9'+ ceilings, all 3 bedrooms have walk in closets. Master has large master bath with double sinks, jacuzzi tub & large shower & private toilet area.
Large covered deck in back with privacy fence & above ground pool, than can stay or we can take down if needed. Front also has nice covered porch with beautiful views. Asphalt driveway.2 car garage.
We have an additional 1 acre lot right next door too if interested in purchasing that also, would be great space for large building, it is currently wooded.
