This single story upper 4 bedroom 2 bath condo was built in 2008 and is located on the corner of 29th Street & Balboa Blvd on the Newport Peninsula in the 100 block and only a few houses to the ocean. The unit has ocean view from the living room and front balcony, vaulted ceilings throughout and extremely large bedrooms, travertine floors, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, and washer/dryer hook-ups. The unit has crown molding throughout and extremely high-end finishes. There is a granite and travertine fireplace in the living room and private garage. This is a 1 year lease or longer.
