Just listed! Fantastic share apartment. This is a VERY LARGE two bedroom on the third floor, with 2 well-proportioned bedrooms just 3 blocks from the resevoir entrance to Central Park. Both bedrooms fit a queen sized bed and both have closets. Kitchen just off the living room. Exposed brick walls throughout the apartment with a lot of natural light.The unit is situated in a very well maintained building.This is a MUST-SEE for 2 cost conscious renters who prioritize space as essential.Located a few blocks from the 86th Street express subway stop.
