What I love
Nice neighborhood, not far from work, school, major and minor shopping, nice YMCA, but not too close, either. Quiet. Not a forest, but nice trees all over the neighborhood. SUPER nice over-sized 2-car garage/work/storage detached building in addition to over-sized 2-car attached carport with additional, separate lockable storage and work rooms.Neighborhood Description

Zestimate is too low: I think Zillow is too low simply because of the neighborhood. Hard to beat at any price. Very new sidewalks to shopping and newly improved roads not accounted for. This house's walk-score doesn't match up with immediate neighbors. Too low. posted on 09/09/2011
