My Notes

Wonderful 2 bedroom with loft townhome located on a dead end street with no through traffic. Great open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Snuggle up on those cold winter nights next to the fireplace. Large living room which opens to the dining area and kitchen. Many oak cabinets abound. Both bedrooms each have their own bath. Lots of storage space with 2 walk in closets. The loft is perfect for an office or sitting room. First floor laundry with 2 car garage. Additional parking for 4 cars right across the street. Fantastic location near West Glen and Jordan Creek Mall.

Front porch great for grilling and hanging out in the sunshine. Location is in a wonderful neighborhood with friendly and helpful neighbors. Home faces away from the main road and offers a lot of privacy.
Home is a short distance to 50th and Mills Civic intersection which offers convenient access to I-35 and the Jordan Creek area.
Pet free, smoke free, kid free home has been well kept and is move in ready. Truly a great home in a great location; perfect for newlyweds, first time home buyers and roommates.

What I love about the home

I love that it does not face another home. I love reading a book on the patio in the summer evenings and watching the sun set from my sofa. I love the low HOA fee and not messing with lawn care or snow shoveling.
