Beautiful one bedroom condo with a loft (can be 2nd bedroom) and a back deck on High Street in the Short North. The unit has 20-foot ceilings and hardwood floors. It's very quiet as the walls/ceilings are very thick (18 inches wide and concrete, respectively) and this unit is the closest to Courtland Ave. It has a walk-up outside entrance and a lot of natural light. The unit has one reserved, off-street, gated parking spot. The kitchen has granite countertops and Frigidaire appliances in matte stainless steel. The kitchen also has a granite bar island and under it houses an ASKO in-unit washer and dryer. There is a disposal and dishwasher, and every appliance was new with the unit. Close vicinity to Kroger, North High Brewing, and Brothers Drake Meadery/Bar.  More Less
