What I love about the home

Peace, serenity and privacy yet still close to essential services. Wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of northern VA! The outdoor Central Boiler furnace saves over $3000 in propane costs per year and reduces the electric bill during the winter months to ~$100 per month.
