The living room has the classic appeal of a San Francisco home with wall-to-wall windows, an exquisite brick fireplace with a wall-mounted HD television and French doors to the dining room. The dining room easily seats 8 and can be closed off from the living room, hall, and kitchen if desired. The kitchen can also be accessed from the hall and has been completely updated with granite counters, new cabinets, and stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side plumbed refrigerator, gas stove with integral microwave and a dishwasher. A breakfast nook in the kitchen can comfortably seat four people.From the kitchen is a balcony with ocean views and stairs down to the back yard.
