What I love about the home

Love Love Love the Views of the Ballard Locks, Olympic Mountains and the Sunsets! We eat dinner and see the views from the table every night. The house has 3 floors that give our family plenty of space to spread out. The older children took over the basement, but the bedrooms down work great for overnight guests too. It is a perfect place for a TV/Game area. The yard is BIG for Phinney Ridge and set high up off the street for privacy. We have had many great BBQ's on the backyard decks. Overall the Charm of the tile fireplace, wood floors and classy bathrooms really make this home enjoyable.
